Hear no evil, see no evil and speak no evil
We all have friends, right?
Having friends means at some point and time we (hopefully) will be asked to be an attendant at our BFFs wedding.
Spring is right around the corner and that means that many brides are in that last minute push to get everything perfect.
PERFECT IS HARD and let's be honest, it's a lot of work between planning, budgeting and the ever present case of nerves. Factor in everyday life and it's responsibilities and it's no wonder modern brides are exhausted.
Luckily, the bride (and groom) has you and all of your wonderfulness.
Yes - Wonderfulness!
Many brides (and some grooms) feel they are literally getting pulled every direction on the planet and that is where beautiful and awe inspiring you comes in.
You as an attendant has an equally hard job.
You are as important as the wedding planner.
You help the bride make final decisions between colors, flowers, venue and the ever important dress and accessories. Yes, there are a lot of other 'to do' things I could add but you get the point. The list is endless with details both large and small.
You don't have an easy job but it can be fun. Yes - fun and exciting.
You get to be an inspiration and help make the day perfect by creating those lifetime memories.
As you help craft the special day for the bride remember that most brides on at least one occasion will become a 'bridezilla'.
It happens - okay. There are 10,000 reasons why the emotions run high and the temper runs short.
It isn't intentional and I don't think the future bride is trying to be mean.
It's stress. You know, nightmare causing stress where there isn't enough antacid on the planet to prevent that looming ulcer.
So before wonderful you toss your patience to the wind, step back, take a deep breath and regroup.
The memories and your friendship are far more important than a minor blowup of our tempers.
Helping you make a statement without saying a word!
